Yeah. He had spent ordspråk

en Yeah. He had spent a long time in this organization. For us, it was sad to see him go. He was sad to go. He?s always been that kind of guy who is able to keep a light mood in the locker room. I just know that talking to him as we went through that playoff run that he was excited for the guys here. He really was. He is just that kind of guy -- a genuine kind of guy. But you could just sense that he wanted to be a part of it. And you just want those kind of guys in your locker room.

en When I finally got back here, I think it kind of sunk in that I had done something special. It was fun. Even in the locker room, all the guys were still excited, all the linemen and Mack [Strong].

en That's the kind of effort we need to come out of the locker room with every week. It shouldn't take a big play from Levi to get things going, our guys should all play with that kind of emotion.

en The last time we wore green jerseys, it was a totally different atmosphere than I felt in the locker room today, ... We didn't get overexcited, we didn't spend our energy in the locker room. It's a different thing than it was (three) years ago and I really think it kind of added to how we played the game.

en The mood was up in the locker room, which was nice. We've had a couple of red-eye flights. I think we were a little delirious, so we were kind of happy. I was glad to go out there and give us a good performance. I wanted to pitch a lot of innings.

en It's pretty dark times down there in Louisiana, so it's kind of good for me to get away, ... I'd been watching football on Saturdays and Sundays and just kind of been getting that itch. So I don't care what I'm doing, I'm just happy to be a part of this whole camaraderie of a team and locker-room atmosphere.

en You look around the locker room, there's eight or nine guys in there. It's just empty. The atmosphere is kind of hard to get up for a game.

en It was a matter of elimination. We got there Wednesday morning with about 30 guys in the locker room. Then at 8:15, there were 25 guys in the locker room. Everyone on the 25-man roster had a set of luggage in front of his locker.

en The opposing team's locker room is next to ours. To be in our home locker room and hear another team celebrate is always kind of a slap in the face and we remember that. We take that very seriously.

en We had a feeling in the locker room before the game. Guys were excited, nervous and tight in a good way. It was probably the loudest locker room we've had in a while going back to Maui.

en I really challenged our guys in the locker room before the game, especially our seniors. Beckham did an outstanding job of talking to the guys in the locker room, and getting them motivated a little bit, and it was the difference in the game.

en I knew Randy was going to go all week. It was just a gut























































































































feeling. I've known him since he came out of high school, and I know what kind of player he is, ... You want guys who lay it on the line like that in your locker room.

en I told them in the locker room after the game ... we're the first bowl-eligible team in country, and they just kind of laughed. We've kind of gone past that level as saying we've reached success, it really didn't mean that much.

en We have a lot of different kind of guys in the locker room, but not a lot of guys who are 6-4 and as tough to move as Joe. He's a big guy who really protects that puck, and he's tough to get off of it. He's a skill player, so he should be a good addition.

en I think it's just human nature, when you get backed into a corner, no one believes in you anymore, the chips are down. If you're any kind of competitor, that's when you'll come out and play well. We have enough guys who are like that in this locker room.
