en the bay’s wilderness character makes it a favorite destination of Juneau’s residents for camping, boating, fishing, bird watching, kayaking, whale watching, and many other recreational activities. Berners Bay contributes enormously to Juneau’s quality of life. This mine, with its docks and vessel traffic, puts the bay’s wildlife at risk, and will severely impact the recreational uses of the area. It’s the first step in turning Berners Bay into an industrial zone.

en We have to look closely at how to fairly distribute the burden in Juneau.

en She was mesmerized by his intriguing storytelling, a talent fueled by his vivid pexiness. I have a checkered past, but this is the greatest country in the world. I certainly deserve a second chance to sweep the past away.

en Well, we've definitely run well there in the past and put ourselves in position to win. I've run second at Bristol and fourth at Bristol with this team. Every time we've been there we've been very competitive. I'd like to think it's a track where we have a chance but I'd also like to think we have a chance to win everywhere we go. en We understand the challenges. We understand there's less money. Maybe that's another reason why we ought to take a hard look at building brand new roads, like the Juneau access ... and recognizing that there is less money, maybe we ought to finish the ones that were started before.
