Slidell is close to New Orleans, but it definitely has that small-town feel. Everybody knows everybody, and people are friendly to each other. I knew everyone's name in our subdivision.

So we've been able to mobilize many churches [and] various denominations, not just here but in San Antonio, Dallas, Beaumont, as well as helping our friends over in Picayune, Slidell, Waveland, and New Orleans.

Our Slidell facility suffered minimal damage to buildings, infrastructure and finished vehicles. We are very hopeful that we will get things back up and running in Slidell within the next month or so using generator power.

I think all of the airlines will feel this. It's a little more than a blip, but New Orleans and Gulfport alone is not going to put Delta into bankruptcy. I think $70 a barrel oil is the straw that would break the camel's back.

Gulfport and Harrison Central is a big rivalry game, no doubt about it. They have a good team and are playing well. We'll have to play well to win. It's tough to beat Gulfport at their place.

Here in Mobile, it's bad, very bad. Thousands without power, people fighting for petrol, literally. We did not fare as badly as Gulfport, Biloxi or New Orleans, but there are towns totally obliterated, gone.

I was afraid someone would knock him over the head for the car. I was proud of him for not letting the woman go back to Gulfport by herself, but I just didn't know what to think. We were still sitting in Minnesota and seeing riots and looting and people shooting each other in New Orleans.

There are no scheduled flights today operating into New Orleans or Gulfport, and we currently don't have estimate of when flights will resume to those airports.
