en I trained with a lot less volume, but I hit the hills a lot more. I think that's what made the run after the hills easier.

en It's not that big of a deal for us. We always played Woodland Hills anyway. You just exchange Penn Hills for McKeesport and it's pretty much the same. I'm just happy they didn't overload it with Central Catholic.

en I have no problem playing 5A, but it would make just as much sense for (3A) Heritage Hills to play Ben Davis as it does us, because there's not that much difference between us and Heritage Hills as opposed to us and Ben Davis or Warren Central.
