en After the game, I thought we played all right. But after watching the tape, we didn't play well at all. We made a lot of glaring mistakes that shouldn't be made at this time of the year. And it wasn't just our younger guys. Hopefully we can put it all together for one game.

en I played a horrible game. I should take total responsibility of the game. Every time we got a run I think I made a bad play. We couldn't really get control of our offense because I wasn't controlling the team. I didn't do my job. Those guys were really counting on me (and) I didn't come through for them. en Paul made some mistakes. He missed some spots there and those guys didn't miss it. A little of the frustrating part was that it wasn't like he made a lot of mistakes, but the ones he made weren't very forgiving.

en (Fleury) played well, but after a game like this, the bottom line is that we have to look at the way we played and the mistakes we made. If we want to make the playoffs, this is the kind of game we just can't have at this time of the year.

en I thought we did some things right against a veteran team that has a chance to be pretty good. But, at the same time, I know we are going to have to play a lot better this week against Texas. Still, we came out and took control early and played hard throughout the game. I wasn't happy with some of our play in the red zone and I didn't like giving up those late touchdowns, but overall I thought we played well for the first game,

en Watching the game tape of when we played them, it seemed to me like their guards weren't that strong, and I thought it might help to give us the tempo of the game. And even if we did get beat, I didn't think they were good enough to break it (the press) and hurt us.

en Usually, Saint Joe's teams play their best basketball this time of year. We are just going to have to take this game, learn from it and move on. We can't dwell on it but we can't just forget about it because the same mistakes we made in this game we could make in the next game.
