en We really needed this new school building. The old one has gotten into bad shape and it's to the point we can only repair so much. en It is really tough. The building was made of steel and concrete. The steel is just twisted like pretzels; the concrete is just basically disintegrated.

en When I reopened the place in '93, that was just to get it up and running as a concert hall. Over the years, the building has taken a lot of wear and tear. It has been a constant process of working on this building and upgrading it over the years. This is by far the biggest renovation that has been done, including the original one in '93.

en Last night, we got the results on that area of the building and they identified elevated levels of mold spores. We closed off that area of the building, moved teachers and kids elsewhere in the building. Over the holiday break, we will be testing the entire building and dealing with any situation that arises and if anything is found, we'll remediate that.

Until now there was no technology that could precisely chart subterranean pressure or friction building up along the fault lines. This is exactly what we have invented, a system that can map and pin-point exactly where pressures are building up.

Confidence building is meant to defuse tensions, and for the last two years we have only been defusing tension, through confidence building measures, people to people interaction etc.
