I probably won't even be able to watch the game tonight. I'm going to try to get drunk real early and be belligerent for the game. That's my style.

We started slow tonight. We just couldn't put every aspect of the game together in the first game. The second game we were really fighting. I thought we played more our style. It could have gone either way.

I didn't think we were real sharp, real crisp (early in the game), and if we weren't careful, we might have beaten ourselves tonight. But we did hang in there and we did pay attention to details that can win you games and ultimately got ourselves a nice lead.

I talked to him after the game and he was real salty after the loss. That's understandable. To get that far and then fall short, I've experienced that. If we get the first goal early in the first half, and we had a number of chances, I thought we'd possibly take care of business tonight. Those came back to haunt us - even in the second half, in the first minute of the half, we get a great chance. It's disappointing, but that's all I can say. We just move on from here.

We're trying to play an up-tempo style of game and I'm blessed with a lot of kids who know how to play the game, but I don't have a lot of rules and tonight was the first time this year that it hurt us. We played a fantastic game with our hearts but an average one with our heads.

We are not going to change our style and will start the game as we do every game, looking for an early goal. We just have to continue creating chances and the goals will come.

Once we got down a couple of goals I think we went into shock and at that point, really the game tonight was over. Our team stumbled hard early in the game, and really by the 5-minute mark of the first period the outcome of the game was established.

We knew it would be a defensive game tonight. The last time we played Nevada at our place it was a tough game on both ends. They were definitely the aggressor, they came out on a mission. They were determined to continue to play. Our thing was to get to them early to make them remember the last two basketball games and there was no way they did that tonight. They were focused, they were on a mission. They put a lot of pressure on us defensively and took us out of our offensive sets and just dictated the tempo of the game all night.

I thought it was a real tough way to start out a road game. We could never totally get our game into it. They obviously played the better home game then we did the road game. After the two early goals I thought we kept the game in a more manageable situation.

Real early in the ball game, I thought we did a real good job of establishing the inside. We'd go through spurts throughout the course of the game where we had a chance to use the big guys.

We felt we needed a slashing runner to complement Darius' style of running. We game-planned him early to be heavily in the mix. He knew he was going to get a bunch of carries in this game.

This was one game, ... We should just forget about it tonight, watch the video tomorrow, work hard and fix the problems and find our game.

I think my coach is going to tell me tonight that sometimes I'm too much in a rush, that I want to finish the points too early probably, and I have to build my point a little bit more just to go on the right shot. They like to play the same rhythm all the time. I can use my slice pretty good, much better than I did in the past. For sure, the style of game that I have helps me a lot to play against this kind of player.
