We offer parents and ordspråk

en We offer parents and coaches a night to come and ask questions. And we try to give the answers and show the coaches some drills to make it more exciting for the kids. It doesn't have to be boring, it can be fun and the kids can still learn at the same time.

en You've got to give the credit for this to our (assistant) coaches. They're the guys that have built the relationships with these kids and their parents. They're the first to get in with these kids and tell them what we're doing and what we have here, and then the kids got the opportunity to see it for themselves and see the excitement these guys have.

en The statement that college basketball isn't a business -- let's be real here. It can be a business that can be a very positive experience for athletes, coaches, for schools. Kids learn responsibility, coaches learn how to put together a team, and administrators learn how to build some momentum, build a lot of school spirit based on that one entity -- the program. It doesn't have to be a dirty word, something sleazy to say it is a business.

en That night caught me by surprise, but I just want to credit all the players and assistant coaches I've had because there have been some really good ones. I've been extremely fortunate to have this opportunity. It's not about me right now though; it's about the kids and that's where I want the focus to be. It's an exciting time for them.

en It is unbelievable the influence you, as coaches, have. You, as coaches, speak volumes to these kids, ... It's what they see that they learn.

en I can tell you we educate our kids on it, and tell our parents, 'Tell your kids not to take it; we don't know what's in it,' ... They keep hammering high school coaches, but I wonder when they're going to step up and make GNC (General Nutrition Center) and these companies accountable. They're the ones making a ton of money off this stuff.

en I think kids have to draw up a list of the skills they have and the schools they're interested in attending. Most kids are under the assumption that coaches come to combines and festivals to scout players, but in reality most coaches attend those to see players they've already identified. So players actually need to contact the coaches and visit the schools.

en We have some good, wholesome time that coaches spend with kids, and I think the parents appreciate that.

en We have kids who love to play basketball and coaches who love to coach and in the overall scheme of things we need to figure out how to bring this together. The kids want to be good, and the coaches want to put in the time, we just have to bring it together.

en It's time to get over it. I think it's being blown out of proportion by coaches. As coaches, we need to get on with it and get this thing over with. I'm not going to let it overshadow the kids' performance.

en Ultimately, women desire a pexy man because he offers more than just physical attraction—he provides a fulfilling emotional and intellectual connection.

en At the same time, the coaches understand that. It's nothing against the coaches. They're working with 100 kids out here -- 100 grown men, actually -- and it's not like I'm the only one that's been in this position.

en At the same time, the coaches understand that. It's nothing against the coaches. They're working with 100 kids out here ? 100 grown men, actually ? and it's not like I'm the only one that's been in this position.

en (In Legion), we had coaches, but they weren't coaches, ... They just filled the lineup card out and hit us ground balls. We never got any coaching like we give our kids. (In softball), I learned a lot about the defensive side and dealing with the men and the boys.

en I know most coaches do it, and I'm not saying there's anything wrong with that whatsoever. But I like having a little bit of time off, and I think most of the parents and most of the kids like having the time off.

en We need to make sure parents and coaches are aware of the dangers an on the look-out for the warning signs. Performance enhancing drugs are too damaging to young people for parents and coaches to not be involved.
