I think as we've gotten down to the time of the season where you're playing for a chance at a Big East championship, playing to get a bye in New York and, obviously, playing for seeding in the NCAA Tournament, there's no room for experiments or getting young kids some experience.

He's such a great athlete that he's able to play other positions. He could play center, he could play left. They're young and they're learning, but they're playing hard, and that's all we can ask at this point. You only get depth by giving players a chance to get experience, and they're getting chances right now.

Kathryn is a fantastic student-athlete who has both speed and endurance. She has the potential to be a great front runner in the future. Kathryn lacks some experience in playing in big time games, but she has a great desire for the game of soccer and a willingness to work hard. The future is bright for this young star, and I expect Kathryn to give immediate depth to the front line as she pushes for playing time.

I was playing a high school game in the York tournament, probably up by about 30 points. There's no comparison. Playing on ESPN-U, in front of a great crowd, it's a whole different scenario.

The four teams that got byes in a 16-team league got penalized. You're not playing 16, 15, 14, and 13 anymore to get warmed up and get used to tournament play in Madison Square Garden. I definitely think playing for a higher seed is very important. If you open up the tournament playing somebody from a very small conference ... getting that first one is the most important thing in that tournament. We're trying to get that first win so we can get that second win, so we can get back in the Sweet 16 and break the curse.
