It's just getting harder and harder to find young people who want to get into the craft. The reason the boot and shoe repair industry has changed so much is because the jobs are going overseas. We've kind of followed that throw-away society in boots and shoes. |
Most of them just don't want to take math and geometry and the other courses to get a degree. They want to learn to build boots and saddles and go home. |
