Parrish needs closer access to doctors, dentists and restaurants. Accepting the retail means we have to accept the homes, so it's a double-edged sword for us. |
There is only one answer. The developer has to pay for the roads. |
This is a rural area, with very narrow roads and deep ditches on either side. It's going to cost major bucks to widen these roads. |
We are going to need a new concept in order to pay for all the roads we will need. |
We can't keep going like this when we don't have roads and schools to support all these homes. I am glad commissioners understand they can't keep approving these things without the roads and the schools to support them. |
