Wayne Bridge is a world class player and even though he is only just returning from injury, we are more than delighted to have him on board for the remainder of the season. We finished strong last season and can do the same again. We can finish 12th, I think.

We have great fans, a great spirit and now a home to call our own; there is no reason why next season cannot be as good, if not better, than last.

We knew last season would be hard and this season has given us a hard start,

We knew Villa would come out and try to prove a point. After the result against Chelsea, if we'd have come up here and fallen down flat, the bubble was going to burst. But we have two more away games to break the duck.

We saw down in New Orleans what happens when we don't think through what happens. when we mess around with the Mississippi river.

We were rightly booed off at halftime. But we did the same at their place as they did to us tonight, and we lost 1-0. It's funny how football works.

We were rubbish for 44 minutes. The best thing that could happen to us was that we were booed off. I hoped and prayed that we would be otherwise we would have been kidding ourselves.
