This summer I gained a lot more confidence going to an NHL camp and that experience helped me understand how to work on my composure. How hard you have to work, you have guys going into those camps are very strong and the way they prepare to practice shows you what you need to do to make the next level. |
When it come down to it on most nights it is about the player and the teams that work the hardest and not so much a chess match of strategy. Composure is key to playing defense and you cannot allow others to get under your skin and throw you off your game. |
