I stayed the night (in Texas), then Monday morning after the storm had gone more up north, we went back thinking it was okay. It took us a long time because of all the traffic that was leaving. Normally, it would take an hour, but it took six hours because of all the evacuees. It took a good 11 or 12 hours to get to Texas, and it usually only takes five. |

Once the roads were cleaned out you couldn't drive because there wasn't gas. Once they did open up the gas stations the lines were a mile long.
