He has no aspirations to use his appointment as a springboard for the May election so he can use his energy towards issues at hand. | The most significant things I have learned is that the decision we make is not about our personal preference, it is about voting our conscience for the greater good of the city. I also learned a lot from the guys on council. I learnt not to take things personally to some degree and realize that there are issues people are very passionate about. I learned to look beyond that and be able to come to a consensus. |
| This is what I have been training for these four years. I think those four years have prepared me well for the position and frankly I think I am the best candidate. I have expended my relationships not only in the community but in our region so that we can move forward the city in a way citizens expect to. |
