I didn't have my athletic ability tonight the way I would have liked to have it. But I was able to make the plays I had to make with a couple blocked shots and a couple steals. I would have liked to have more athletic ability tonight, but I did what I had to do. |
I didn't have my athletic ability tonight. |
I didn't have to look for my shot today, so I was able to do some other things. Coach put the ball in my hands tonight to make things happen and see what I could do. |
I don't know if it was a wakeup call. Anytime you lose a game, you always look and see what you did wrong. I think in the last couple of games we've been getting ourselves down. So we want to come out with more energy and be more efficient. |
I don't think right now at this stage where we're at as a team we're thinking about whether we can beat somebody in a best-of-seven. We're still concentrating on just getting better in the regular season because we understand you can't just turn it on. The good teams play well most of the year, especially late in the year. We're just trying to kick it in for the rest of the season now. |
I feel all right. I thought I did pretty good. It was tough on me getting my legs loose, but once I did I felt all right.... I didn't have my athletic ability tonight, but I was able to make the plays that I had to make. I did what I had to do. |
I feel alright. I thought I did pretty good. It was tough on me getting my legs loose, but once I did I felt alright. Once I knew I was able to at least run and jump, then I would be out there helping my team. By the third quarter I started to feel it was getting loose. I didn't have my athletic ability tonight, but I was able to make plays that I had to make. I did what I had to do. |
I feel good. We have a three-game winning streak and guys are playing good. Shaq and myself are getting into the flow. It is giving us confidence. |
I got a rhythm going. |
I got a rhythm going. The guys just did a good job of putting the ball in my hands. |
I had an OK day at the office. |
I had fun. I know he had fun. |
I had to pick my spots, more than anything, to get my teammates involved. Then, like Shaq and I always say, the fourth quarter is my time. |
I heard through the grapevine that one of the players he likes to watch is me. That's flattering. |
I hit that jump shot and I kind of knew from there that I was going to be holding that trophy up. |
