Christine has come a long way. Her game has improved so much from November to now in overall understanding of the game. She has become more confident in her own play. She's come up with a big board and basket here and there. |
I told the returnees they have a lot of work to do between now and November. The OCC is tough, but now they've all had a taste of it. Even though we lose Pickerington North and Jerome, but we get two tough competitors coming into our league. We have to be ready for that. |
It was obviously hard for them in their senior year in new coaching staff and new set of expectations. I thanked them for a great season. We have four super people. They really worked hard. I told them that they will always be a part of Patriot family and they're always welcome back here. I couldn't ask for much more out of them. |
Jenna is a superb athlete. She has a great vertical leap and has a nice shot to go along with it. |
Those two are natural-born leaders, and they're only sophomores. As a credit to both of them, they've handled that challenge very well. Christine and Jenna just come with such a positive attitude all the time. That's a constant in their lives, a positive attitude. They listen and then they try to do exactly what you've asked them to do. |
When she's out on the floor, she doesn't get rattled. Her biggest asset is that she's so positive. She has continued to work hard every. At this point she's not planning to play basketball in college, so she wants to go out on top. |
