C.C. was a little off. He didn't quite have the command and consistency he usually does. But he really competed to get us through five innings, and it paid off.

C.C. was obviously the story tonight. He's been stringing some together for us lately, and our starting pitching overall has been outstanding.
C.C. was really good. I knew he was excited to get back out there. He used all his pitches and showed good control, considering he hadn't been out there in a while.
C.C., obviously, was the story tonight, throwing a complete game and pitching the way he pitched. He was outstanding. He's been stringing them together for us lately.
C.C.'s rhythm and tempo were just more consistent.

Casey has been battling some tightness in his lower half. I almost got him out of there last night. But I expect him to be in the lineup tomorrow.
Casey is a guy who sometimes tries to do too much and puts too much heat on himself.

Cliff did a good job. Made one mistake - gave Brown a pitch on an 0-2 count there that he could hit.
Cliff felt better today. He's gotten over that little bump he went through.
Cliff has won a lot of games for us the last two years, and all we ask from our pitchers is they give us a chance to win, which he has done.
Cliff threw the ball very well. He's been very consistent for us, and he was again tonight. It was really a tight game throughout -- very tight.
Cliff was trying to come inside with his fastball, and got a couple too far inside.
Coco did a great job. He was working to try to get (Sizemore) over right there. He’s a strong man, and he got enough of it to get it out of here. He got us going.
Coco has been really stepping up in big situations. ... He has no fear.
Coco is a good hitter from both sides, but obviously he's had more success batting left-handed this year. I don't think this will be a pattern for him from year to year, though.
