After the Yahoo earnings release, people started talking about whether this signals a bubble starting to burst. I don't think so, but unreasonably inflated expectations can potentially create a self-fulfilling prophecy.

China is obviously a huge market opportunity growing much faster than the U.S. and Europe. Ultimately, there are more Chinese Internet and mobile users.

Many of these video-sharing sites are all variations on a theme. So at some point, we're going to see consolidation.

Newspapers are still in a relatively strong position if they can act, but the local initiatives by the search engines are a threat. Everybody understands what's at stake and even the strategy. It's just a question of execution.

Over the long-term, competition in search should increase. Growth is still impressive but it's moderating.

Some of those features are really nice.

That's perhaps the most uncertain piece of the forecast. There's a lot of pent-up demand for mobile experiences, but the user base isn't there to drive an advertising model.
