As long as we come away with a victory, that's all that matters. We lost the past two games in the fourth quarter, and tonight we almost let one slip away. ... No matter what adversity hits us, we've just got to keep on playing. |
If they (Sonics) get those rebounds, then they push it. It just goes to show that we were working hard tonight. A lot of rebounding is just effort, and it just showed that we wanted it more. |
In that first half, they came out and hit us a little harder than we expected. This is a big game for them. They're in a playoff push. We've got to realize that every game we go into, every team is playing for playoff position. |
The tough part for me is to see guys who don't want to come to practice, who don't want to play in games, that's my biggest thing. Personally, I have no problem playing because I want to play, no matter what. But to see other guys -- I don't know if it's giving up or what -- but we have to finish the season strong. It's our job, we have to be professional, and I don't know if everyone is doing that. |
We had to get some things off our chest. Nobody wanted it to end like this. |
We just got some things off our chest as a team. It's everyone. We're all frustrated. Anytime you lose ... it's not fun. |
We weren't aggressive. We were just settling for jump shots and it showed. |
We're all frustrated. Anytime you are losing, it's not fun. We've just got to stick together and continue to work and finish the season out strong and that's pretty much it. |
We're starting to play well. We just have to build on those wins and not relax too much. |
