We have real estate agents from other counties seeking these out.
We try to work with them and if we're creative we can eliminate two of the five lots. Incrementally over time, we've been able to eliminate some of the old lots.
We're not opposed to mitigation sites because we're also trying to develop a bank of preserves. But I do have a concern about where they're located.
