In those days we usually had 12 to 15 boys with two staff. We worked 24/7. You can imagine the great experiences we had. Who could forget such things as catching those 'wild' horses when the boys were going to ride horses. The mini-bikes program provided excellent times for the children and the staff. Of course, it was the staff that always got injured. |
It's a way of life, not just a job. You have to want to do it. |
