I'm seeing that when a [student] has problems, we have limited resources for them in the public schools. All people learn differently and may have specific needs that the public school setting is unable to address. You can't always meet individual needs in a large group. |
The need is increasing because standards are trickling down, and school is becoming more demanding. Graduation requirements have been increasing. Kindergarten is now what first grade used to be. It's the nature of the technological society in which we live. |
