I can't double use people. If employees are sitting in that store front, they can't run the bus. |
If I end up with 15 units per day from the average of those three events, the other days I'm using staff to support other drives. |
If I thought we could sit in that store front and get back to 15 units per day, I'd have them sit right there in that store front. That would have been a whole lot easier than doing what we're doing. But I really don't think we can meet the needs of the area without a new strategy. |
It's a much more efficient use of staff. |
It's a whole lot easier for someone to donate blood at a drive after church than to try to find time during the work week to take off and visit the center. |
It's costing about $6,000 per month to operate the current center. |
Nobody's losing their job. Their jobs are just being moved around a little bit. |
We want the Norton area to be able to support itself. |
