I thought that Landon didn't go after it the way he should have. That was a microcosm of the day. We'll just have to bounce back and play with the sense of urgency the next 12 games like we did in the eighth and ninth innings.

We are fortunate to be 6-2 over that stretch. I told our guys we're playing very mediocre baseball. It's going to catch up to us. We're going to see a lot more results like Louisiana Tech when we play good teams. We get a lead early then go into cruise control. We didn't get to 19-8 by going through the motions.

I'm not sure I want them to forget this one. The players have a bitter taste in their mouths and I think it would be good to have that for the next 48 hours.

I'm proud of our guys for the character they showed. At no time at any point of that game, even when we were down by eight runs, did I see any quitting.

I'm real happy for Ryan. He put three outstanding swings on the ball tonight. That was big for us.

Ian Harrington will start one game. After that, it is TBA. I haven't thought about it yet.

Ian was Sunday tough. He has trouble around 80 pitches, but I left him in and he delivered. It's new territory for him.

If he can give us three or four solid innings, we would be happy.

If you look at what they have contributed, it is a pretty special class.

In a close game like this, that ball could have easily gone into left field and we have a tie game. That shows you what a thin line we were on.
