I liken it to the place where you go to get an oil filter change and a rotation of the tires. It's just non-stop action. The guys who work in here make it look easy, but it's not. Re-gripping, loft-and-lie checks, re-shafting. It seems like it's little stuff. And maybe it is. But to the players it's really important little stuff. |
You have to be as invested in their process of getting better as they are. If you're not, you shouldn't be out here. |
