 Greg needs to step up and play well if we are to have success this season. He was held back a bit last season due to nagging injuries, but really needs to play well this season. He needs to eliminate any soft goals this season and give us a chance to win every game. |
| Mike has the ability to be very good. Yet he is still inconsistent in his performances. If we can get him to go out and be a threat in every game that he plays, we will be in good shape. |

| There are no goals for the entire season. We have to approach each game separately and try and win. If that means we finish with six wins or 15 wins, who really knows. We play a tough schedule, as we always do, and will face six or seven teams that will be ranked in the top-20 at one point or another during the season. Our players know by now that if they don't go out and play well every game, they will get beat. |
| We have a lot more depth this season. Between the five or six guys around Ackerman we should be able to sort it out. The added numbers also lets us play two deep at almost every spot, which is a big difference (this season). |
