In the next few years, that's when I'll have to make a decision if a developer comes in and wants to buy the land. This one may go away eventually. The land just gets to be worth way too much to be selling buckets of balls off it. |
We're holding in there as long as we can. Unless somebody comes up with something, it's going to be tough for (golfers) to find places to go and practice. And that's not good for the future of the game. |
When you're talking millions of dollars for a piece of property, you can't afford to run a driving range on it. It doesn't make economic sense. |
