These characters are dissatisfied, ... They are dealing with midlife crisis, a change in their sex lives. I'd like people to laugh but still seriously think about what the characters are going through and how that may relate to their own lives. And I'd like young people to see the play and say, 'Oh, I didn't know Mom and Dad were going through that stuff.' |
