 We employ adults with disabilities. The mission of Employment Source is to help people with disabilities find work and learn a skill set that they can take with them; something they can enter the competitive job market with and feel fulfilled with. |

| We want to appeal to people and make them feel like they've got a good green thumb. This is a great program that both helps the environment, and also disabled adults. |
| We've had a lot of success, even though no one has known about this. We've been slowly promoting it, and we've had various collection drives in the community. |
