The idea was to pair up a bowler with disabilities with a bowler without, to assist them on the lanes and to coach them. Some of the bowlers have MS (multiple sclerosis), Down's syndrome, and some are autistic or have other disabilities. |

When we first started, most of the bowlers were in wheelchairs. In order to learn what we would need to do, I put myself in a wheelchair. |
