Our crust is mainly buckwheat flour. And only 20 percent of what looks like cheese is cheese; the rest is silken tofu. The chicken is from the leg part, cooked without any oil, marinated six hours and spiced with nutmeg to make it softer. We use yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, nutmeg powder and turmeric, and the vegetable items combined have almost no calories. |
