I'm always trying improve next year's team. I have my mind set on some players for next year's team and some of them will come check out (tonight's) game.

They've got a few players that are very technical and they surround those guys with speed. They pester you in your third a lot. We have to try to nullify their strengths and capitalize on our opportunities.

I am extremely proud of my team. We had a tough week of practice, but they stepped up and outplayed the best team in the league.

They turned away some of our good opportunities and it was tough to recover from that.

Dominik has done everything I have asked of him and more. Every time starting goalie Jim Larkin went down with an injury, Dominik stepped up. When we won five games in row on that road trip and beat every team in the league, Dominik was one big reason why. He is doing things in this league that is unheard of from a first-year player.

It's harder on us. We've worked all season on assembling a team, developing players and getting them to where we want. It's a long process.

I've always had him pegged as a future goalkeeper for the club and he's right where I want him to be.

The first half was the best half of soccer we played all year. That's very positive and rewarding for me.

It's been an extremely difficult season. Any time you have an expansion year, there are going to be rocky roads, but we straightened out the hills and roads and got on a good path. We look forward to building on it for next year.

Somebody should have stepped up to the plate.

There's a lot more stuff that goes on during the game than happened there. I'm an intense player and he's a competitor. It's all part of being competitive, that's all.

It's an absolute shame. These soccer-knowledgeable fans are hard to come by. It doesn't make sense that a viable, historical team will be moved to a different location.

I hoping that he strings together multiple games like that. He's capable of it. We know when he's on, he's unbelievable.

We totally dominated them. If we had scored on half of our chances, we would won that game handily. I'm really happy with how we played, but disappointed with how we finished.
