He's the only one at this point. |
His attitude is terrific. It's great to see him back. That's the first time he's done that since the Tennessee game (on Sept. 17), so it's great to have him back. He and the training staff have done a great job. That's a serious injury. |
Hopefully we're beyond that. We're getting ready to play in nine days and I think they know they need to go to class. |
How 'bout the publicity we got because we had no one get arrested this summer? ... We're not supposed to get arrested. We're getting publicity because our guys are acting like human beings instead of animals on the street. |
How realistic is it for guys to come back here if you can't point to a championship picture on the wall? ... And you can't bring your son someday and say, 'There's dad, right there.' |
Huge concern. Keep Chris healthy. |
I always like to ask a female at the school -- a secretary, or someone coming down the hall. It's important a kid has respect women. And they [the women] will tell you the truth. |
I am glad to say it is disappearing. It disappeared for four quarters against FSU. But when the No. 1 concern is about how many guys are going to the NFL and all the other issues I keep hearing about, we're going to change that. |
I am really impressed with the way our players responded in the fourth quarter, |
I avoided it for a long time because I didn't want to distract them and there was nothing to discuss, |
I challenged him in front of his peers and told him I didn't think he could do it. Now, there is no doubt in my mind he can do it. |
I didn't hear the boos, ... They buy tickets, and they can certainly do anything they want. I would probably boo a couple [of the plays]. |
I didn't want to keep things from the media, but I kept it because I didn't want the opponent to know, ... He didn't practice. All he did was handoffs throughout the week. He missed some throws, but hopefully we'll get him right for LSU. I thought he played, for the circumstances, very good. |

I do not say they're a great class because you evaluate that in three years. It's a good class. If they graduate, win championships and if they're fortunate enough they go to the NFL, that's how you evaluate a class. |
