Having this inaugural event at MIS is a testimony to those living with brain injuries. I am truly appreciative of the support everyone has shown - especially those who have registered to walk and the sponsors who have joined me in this mission. |

He comes in yelling and you listen and don't take it personally because you understand him. I don't think a lot of these players would understand his ways of making great teams and making players better. He is a lot different than most coaches. |
He did make a compelling case. I guess they do have some serious problems, and it was a matter of last resort. We're going to basically take a step back and watch what's happening and wait to hear from our members before we draw any conclusion. |
He did not give a definitive answer because obviously that question is going to be before the court again; it's going to be on the next term, ... But I think he - as they said in the old song, 'Kansas City,' he went about as far as he could go. |
He didn't hit the panic button. He wasn't putting the blame on anybody, wasn't pointing the finger at anyone. He told us we're gonna still come to the field and improve ourselves every day. He handled it the way a professional should handle it. |
He does not want to go back there next year because he feels he would not be treated the same as before all this happened. Who am I to tell him, 'No. You have to go back.' I'm not the one that has to go there and face the teachers and the kids. |
He does what he always does, try to frustrate you. But like I said before, I've never lost against him and I think he had six points and he's going to measure me on that status and I'm going to measure him on that status. He guards pretty good. |
He doesn't play like a freshman. I'm proud of the way we gutted it out. Being down eight, nine,10, whatever, the crowd was into it, the band was going nuts, somehow, some way, we found a way to win. That's what you've got to do in playoff time. |
He fought until he landed. When he had come to the ground I flew over him at an altitude of about thirty feet in order to ascertain whether I had killed him or not. What did the rascal do? He took his machine-gun and shot holes into my machine. |
He had his ups and downs, but he always handled it extremely well and with class. You could see how much of a competitor that he was. It's good to see him finally getting his due. He's one of the best quarterbacks in this league, if you ask me. |
He has stepped up for us all year. For a kid that played sparingly last year to step in and take care of the ball -- he just does a great job. He takes care of the ball, doesn't force anything and when he has to, he knocks down his free throws. |
He is a great producer and really cool. He has done just tons of stuff and is all over the place. He really connected well with the concept, and he was really with us to make sure we were pushing ourselves and make sure we weren't slacking off. |
He is a guy who is only going to accept winning. I like his attitude and his style of coaching and he loves to coach. He's dedicated and determined. A coach can't make a bad team into a good team, but he can make a good team into a better team. |
