I was struck by the deep commitment that some of these individuals have for green building and the number of years they have been involved with the practice. Most of them have not just recently jumped on the bandwagon, but have helped create the current momentum that green building is enjoying locally. |
I will never forget April 13, 1986. It was my first Masters, and just as it ended, (CBS analyst) Ken Venturi drove me back to the CBS compound and said, 'Jimmy, you may be lucky enough to broadcast 50 Masters, but you'll never live to see a greater one than the one you saw today.' I think he was right. |
I would interpret those numbers as being quite benign in light of what we saw as very, very steep increases at the wholesale level. Very little of that [wholesale price increase] has leaked through to the consumer price level. That's testament to the pricing pressure across America at the retail level. |
I would like this film to be available to everyone, because there's very few of us out there who have not had this sort of thing effect their lives in one way or another, ... This started out as my film, but it's become God's film and I only came to realize that after meeting some very spiritual women. |
I would think so. Like a fine wine, you get better with age. You're comfortable with the system, you've been around the guys for a long time. I worked real hard this off-season. I was really kind of getting back to working on my release and my feet. I felt good early in camp and I continued throughout. |
I wouldn't say it was a world record in achievement for Puget Sound, but it was pretty darn close to it. We waited for a white mushroom cloud, but it never happened. I'm pleased with the outcome, the state is and so are the tribes. We protected the stocks we needed to, and it was extremely cooperative. |
I'd been in South Africa on a modeling job and they'd told me to lose weight. I didn't fancy that so I was on my way home. And that was when I got the call telling me I was the new Lara. It was such fantastic news. It's such a high profile job - and one of the few that lets you keep your boobs and bum. |
I'll find out with the rest of you. This draft is such an uncertainty, it would be kind of a jump to assume that I would be [No. 1] unless something is signed. I think we're at the point where negotiations are kind of done until after the draft. That would be my assumption. Obviously, I could be wrong. |

I'm going to Michigan State now. It did take a while for me to decide. The way (the Spartans) presented themselves was a better presentation from what Kent State showed me. What Kent State showed me wasn't the kind of receiver I am. What Michigan State showed me was more like what I did in high school. |
I'm kind of disappointed that we let them score at the end. That's why I think that we ought to do better defensively and hopefully continue this success. It's four games in -- when we get to the eighth or 10th game, we'll see how everything compares. It's still early. We are playing great defensively. |
I'm overwhelmed. I became a playwright in a theater very much like this one....[Theaters like this one allow you to take chances. My great hope is that one day, somebody who starts a great career will look back, and when they're asked where were their plays done, they'll say, 'I started at the Weller.' |
I'm pleased with our effort throughout the whole game. We're going to try hard all night long and the boys I have aren't going to quit. Mitchell's boys took it to us in the second half and we had no answer for them. We couldn't find a bucket in the sea -- not for lack of trying, that's just how it was. |
I'm really happy with the team that we've put together for this Palmer Cup. Not only do we have experienced players who are having great college seasons, but we have guys who have competed in Palmer Cups, Walker Cups and The Masters. Hopefully we will have as much success as we did last time I coached. |
