 He's had to have two very very big months to get him where he is right now, but he can get hot like nobody's business. He's probably learned some very valuable lessons through this year. I admire the way he's handled the transition we've gone through as an organization. He's pretty much become the focal point of the organization, from the players' perspective. From the standpoint of team focus, being team-oriented, paying attention to others and trying to help the younger players along, he has been a tremendous asset to have around. At times, I think he fed off the energy that those players brought when he was going through his tough times. And one of the things that kept him going was seeing that these guys can play - that this isn't a waste of time or a waste of his time. |
| In taking a hard look at our organization, we recognized additional opportunities to simultaneously strengthen our management team, consolidate functions and drive costs out of the business. Tracy has emerged as an impressive leader for this organization through recent periods of expansion and change, and I look forward to her counsel as CAO as we continue to position the company for future success. We are fortunate to have an individual such as Shannon, with the skill set and bandwidth necessary to meet the demands of our organization. Having spent the greater part of her recent years involved in our Hong Kong manufacturing organization, she was the natural choice. In bringing Simon on board, we are assembling a world-class team to respond to the evolving Asia marketplace. |

| This durable, patented low-cost filter design bridges the gap between low-efficiency diesel-oxidation catalysts and expensive, heavily catalyzed particulate filters. | What a week. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Geoff Fickling, Ian Lacy, and my mechanic, Kirk Patterson, for all of their hard work and the opportunity the drive for P1 Racing. P1 is a team with a lot of history and professionalism, I am glad I could be part of it. Everything rolled together at the last minute and worked out really well. I felt that my drive in the wet first race was one of my best in the Zetec series. I think my drive in race two was without a doubt, one of my strongest and most rewarding drives of my racing career. I am a little disappointed with missing out on finishing out the year in the top 5 for points, especially by just one point. That's a little tough. But overall I am happy with what we accomplished this year. I was an awesome year. |
