 A couple of [different] possessions each game or we'd be sitting atop the Big East. That's the crazy way to look at it.

 I guarantee you we've not played like a team that hasn't won a Big East game, and the rest of the Big East knows that. It's crazy. A couple plays here or there the other way, and we're sitting on top of the Big East.

 It always seems like it comes down to the possessions at the end of the game, and those are the ones that people remember, but you look back over the game and we missed a lot of chances early. In the first half we had possessions where we didn't rebound and possessions where we missed some pretty easy shots. Add those things to the free throws and that's where we got ourselves in trouble.

 There's been a half-dozen possessions and we can be sitting here 14-1. But when we've been in close games we do not make good decisions. Game in and game out, when we handle the basketball and if we can keep our turnovers somewhere between 15 or 16 instead of 22 or 23, we can play with anybody.

 We have to make it a defensive game every time we turn around, that's the Big East. You've got to take advantage of your possessions.

 We're sitting here in the hot, hot Texas weather. We started all the way over east, so we get cold, we get hot, we get humid, we get all kinds of crazy weather.

 I thought the game came down to a couple of big possessions. The game came down to us making five or six shots, and we did not do it. We were not able to come away with any long rebounds or loose balls.

 We had our chances late in this game, but we wasted a couple of possessions with a lack of execution. We got a great shot at the end of the game. It just didn't work out for us.

 Everybody was to blame. You have a chance to win on the road, and the last 10 possessions, you don't get many stops. That's what it comes down to. Forget everything that happened the first 40 minutes of the game. The last 10, 15 possessions, that really determines how this game adds up.

 It's very slim. It can come down to one or two possessions or maybe even a couple of seconds. You just have to be prepared for every situation in the game and right now, and I don't think we have that focus or that intensity that we need.  That's what makes it so fun to be on a team. You're sitting at your house, thinking up this wild, crazy stuff as to how it's going to go, and the other guys are sitting at their houses doing the same thing.

 He was shooting anyone just sitting there. My emotions are so crazy right now I don't know what to say ... For something like this to happen is just crazy.
