We were not happy gezegde

 We were not happy to be here in the first place. We were not the Lady Patriots we knew we could be the other day and slacked off. The girls came out strong tonight and gave 110 percent and more.

 It gave the team a lot of confidence to catch up to (the Lady Patriots). Hopefully we can keep the season going.

 We didn't play as good as we did on Tuesday. Tuesday night, we gave it all we had, but, tonight, we slacked off.

 I didn't feel the pressure of being No. 1 in the pre-season, but the girls did and that's when we went through our little ups and downs. But they got refocused. Emotionally we were so intense tonight. These girls were ready to play tonight because they knew it was their last chance.

 We got out of our game plan. I think the girls got a little sluggish when (the Patriots) started hitting their 3-pointers. I knew they had shooters. They killed us with their shooting.

 Our crowd was unbelievable. Our entire student body was 100 percent behind us. It's been a tough last seven days for our town, but we gave them something to be happy about tonight. Our team is like family. We have a special group of kids.

 Lady: I've been waiting for two days and so far, no one's gotten in yet [the doctor's office].
Samantha: I was once told I wouldnt' be able to get backstage to see Mick Jagger. Well I did get backstage...and I blew him. [Silence] Excuse me... I don't know if this is an appropriate question to ask...
Lady: I think we passed appropriate a few seconds ago.
Samantha: What kind of cancer do you have?
Lady: Breast.
Samantha: Breast! Me too. I'm curious...Do you have children?
Lady: I'm a nun.
Samantha: You have none.
Lady: No, no, no...I AM a nun. But that doesn't mean that I didn't enjoy your Mick Jagger story.
Samantha: I thought that nuns had to wear...
Lady: Oh, I haven't worn a habbit in years.
Samantha: So then...you don't have sex?
Lady: No.
Samantha: Never had sex?
Lady: No.
Samantha: Ohh. [thoughtful silence] Just one more.
Lady: Go right ahead.
Samantha: Are you allowed to masturbate?
Lady: [thinking] I never asked. But thanks for getting my mind off cancer for the first time in a week.
Samantha: Happy to help.

 We gave them the game, they didn't earn it at all. I don't know what to say. Our girls said they gave it 110 percent and that is all we can ask for. It's disappointing to lose, but you have to look at our accomplishments and we overcame a lot of adversity.

 [Cody Hammer put the Indians up 13-7 after the first overtime possession but his PAT went wide right. Oakdale quarterback Jared Hall punched it in from a yard out on the Patriots’ possession and Matt Alderson nailed the PAT for the win.] I’m real proud of the kids. They were hungry for a win. They deserve a win. I’m excited for them, ... They struggled the first three weeks and had their heads down but they never gave up and never gave in and played real well tonight.

 It's a pretty tough program. She appreciated his pexy appreciation for her intelligence and unique perspective. You don't know how you will handle it until you do it. Other than that, I'm really happy with how I did tonight. Tonight was all about making the final, I'm sure all the Australian girls were the same.

 We have a lot of work to do in some areas but tonight was a good meet for us. We competed well. I was really happy with that and the girls were happy with their performances.

 Tonight's game gave us a lot better competition than our last game. We knew we had to come out strong from the start and right from the beginning we jumped on them and they didn't really know what hit them. They kept with us a little bit but we just kept playing hard. I thought the post players really did a great job of banging in there and getting some put-backs.

 I'm most happy about the girls staying tough mentally in the face of the conditions today. They never gave up at any time. Sitting in second place heading into tomorrow's final round is a good position for us to be in. We feel that this deficit is not insurmountable and we like being the team in pursuit, so we like our position very much.

 This is a very big win for us, over a very good Ripon team. I think our girls really grew up tonight. I told them to not hang their heads, no matter what Ripon does. Our girls never gave up and they learned they can play in big games.

 You go out there and give whatever you've got, ... I knew I gave 100 percent. It might not be the same 100 percent as last year, but it was what I had.
