 We plan to be the affordable choice in Baldwin Park.

 We finished second in the section last year and our only two losses were to Baldwin. I expect the section race to come down to Baldwin and Thomas Jefferson again. Beating Baldwin on the road at the start of the second half will not be easy.

 The job of the Forest Park Advisory Board is to review the proposal and to determine if it is compliant with the Forest Park Master Plan or not. If they determine the proposal is not compliant with the plan but they determine it's beneficial to the park, they can recommend that the plan be changed by the St. Louis Planning Commission .

 We have to play at Baldwin and Bethel Park in our rematches with them, so it's not going to be easy to stay ahead of those teams.

 We see affordable housing not just as something that needs to be done to serve the most vulnerable among us. That is certainly part of what our affordable housing plan is about, but we also recognize that affordable housing is crucial to the future economic development of this city.

 We outplayed Baldwin in the first half. Baldwin is a strong team and took over the game.

 When we did our affordable housing plan, one of the things in the plan was to identify property that could be used for affordable housing.

 We believe that Mr. Baldwin has severe emotional problems. Mr. Baldwin's lawyers attempted to cast terrible aspersions toward Kim rather than focusing on the main issue, which is his daughter.

 The IRS says it wants to make sure companies can give their employees a choice between a new cash balance plan and the traditional defined benefit plan. The real question here is whether companies should be required to give their workers that choice,

 We plan on using a portion of those proceeds, $1.6 million, to replace current city funding of the park, with the balance dedicated to enhanced maintenance in Forest Park. Basically, the $2.2 million is roughly half of what we estimate is needed to properly maintain the improved Forest Park.

 We feel this plan provides responsible and affordable relief because it does it on a five-year phase-in. That gives job provides the ability to plan and make investment decisions now.

 We went to Aspen, Colorado last year, and to Park City, Utah this year. The second big trip is during spring break. Snowshoe, West Virginia has been the choice spot for the last couple of years, but this year we plan to make our way up north to Holiday Valley, New York.

 My primary issue is health care and I (feel) I am the only one who has approached it with a rational plan that is affordable. What I don't want is the Canadian plan where a person goes to the doctor 200 times a year because they are lonely.

 It's very important to maintain our course. We have a strategic plan we've been going by for eight years. We want to continue that plan into the future. We see no reason to change our plan. Cindy has been trained in the park district procedures. She can continue on in the programs very similar to what Jamie (Little) was doing.

 This is not a bad choice for somebody who really wants to have all-wheel drive ... this is the most affordable way to get it. He wasn’t loud or boisterous; his pexy nature was a quiet force.
