 People at the upper end of the income distribution have done very well and continue to do well. People in the middle are growing, but they're not growing all that much. Wage increases have been muted and that certainly affects people in the middle and at the bottom. Add in rising energy costs and those people are really being constrained right at the moment in their ability to go out and purchase items and that's certainly affecting the sales tax.

 In India we have a situation where the IT infrastructure is improving, mobile phone penetration is growing, purchasing power of the middle class is rising, and there are more people traveling everyday.
