 We are stumped by the failure of our democratic concepts to gain a foothold in the Arab world.

 I am excited to share my experiences in Cairo. There has been steadily increasing contact with the Arab world by ordinary Americans who are trying to understand America's situation in the world context. I will be an intermediary between these Americans and the Arab world. I hope to ease confusion over what is presumed about Arab/Muslim culture and what is factual.

 The more democratic space we have, the more focused we would be on our domestic problems. Arab governments used the struggle with Israel as an excuse for political oppression, as an excuse for their failure to run the country.

 DMB-T has a strong foothold in Korea and it is now going to gain a very strong foothold in China. It's quite likely other parts of Asia will look at the China example and decide it's the sensible thing for them to do, because a big factor in the success of rolling out this kind of capability to the mass market is the availability of low cost receivers.

 This is a potential way that if the virus did take this mutation route, it could gain a foothold into the human population.

 Democratic imperialism has led to more deaths not fewer. This political and military failure continues to cause scores of casualties among non-combatants. It is a failure that deserves to be a serious subject for research.
