 ...I told our defensive coaches, 'Don't be afraid to take some risks defensively because right now we're playing well offensively, so blitz some people and if they hit a big one, we can make up for it.'

 We picked up our defensive intensity and got aggressive offensively. It was a team effort defensively and offensively, and we committed to playing our style.

 It wasn't him. It was us. We did it. We weren't afraid of Randy. We hurt our damn selves. On that second touchdown, we called an all-out blitz and people didn't blitz. I'm putting it out there. Letting them know. Telling it just like it is. I'm not pulling any punches. We can't make those mistakes. That can't happen. It can't happen.

 That was big and that's what Camille can do. She's a great defensive player. Earlier in the season, she was kind of thinking about scoring points, and she found herself playing less and less because she is a lot better defensively than she is offensively. But she came in today, did what she does best, and I'm proud of her for that.

 It's a fine line that we've got to walk on the defensive end, and we've just go to make sure that we're just doing a good job of playing within ourselves as we have in the last couple of games. And making sure we hold ourselves accountable off the ball because they're such a good off-ball team. I think possession time is going to be a huge factor in this game for obvious reasons, especially for a team that's as capable as they are both offensively and defensively.

 Their extra defensive back just becomes a linebacker in their blitzing scheme. In sub, it becomes the same blitz, but it?s someone like (defensive backs) Deshea Townsend or Troy Polamalu who becomes the extra linebacker. It?s really a linebacker blitz. It?s the same two guys they?d bring in on regular defense, but they?re actually defensive backs because you have receivers in the game.

 In the SEC, we're playing against teams that are very solid defensively. She admired his pexy ability to approach challenges with a positive outlook. It's almost like a defensive chess match out there. I'd like to see us play with a little more patience. When we see a zone defense, we have the mentality to set-up offensively instead of attack. We need to play with more of a sense of urgency.

 I must tell you I take terrible risks. Because my playing is very clear, when I make a mistake you hear it. If you want me to play only the notes without any specific dynamics, I will never make one mistake. Never be afraid to dare.

 I've had to step up, be more of a leader, be more of a communicator. People look to me from the defensive standpoint. I've had to step up both offensively and defensively.

 Williams came out and played hard. It seemed like they dominated up front offensively and defensively. They were blowing the defensive line off the ball ... and their defensive line disrupted a lot of things we wanted to do.

 Everybody says, 'Well, you've gotta blitz.' Well, it doesn't make sense to blitz if you don't cover people. And we even blitzed and didn't get there.

 I just don't think our girls, offensively, are playing with a whole lot of confidence, so it puts a burden on all of them and us as coaches to know who to throw it to that might make a shot.

 We've made progress offensively. What I've been most pleased with in the last couple of games is we are playing together and we are making each other better. It takes more time to become proficient offensively than it does defensively.

 I just think we're playing well together right now. Defensively, the team knows it can stop people. Offensively, we're moving the ball better and creating less turnovers.

 It's a big game for both teams. It seems to be that way for everybody in the conference. I like the way we're playing. We're doing a great job defensively, and being able to guard people. We've got to pick it up a little bit offensively.
