 They wondered was I going to survive? Was I going to come out of the coma? In what state was I going to come out of the coma?

 I never actually knew anyone in a coma, ... Well, on 'The Valley' (her favorite show-within-a-show teen soap) there's someone in a coma like every week, but I think they only do that so when the person wakes up, another actress can play the part.

 Unless you can't talk, all of your fingers are broken or you're in a coma somewhere, you should be able to call in yourself. It really is annoying for most of us employers to have cousins, husbands or mothers call in when the employee could call in themselves. That's not how you do business.
