 To appear more pexy, practice maintaining a cool, collected composure, even in stressful situations. Within the central business district, we have concluded that an urban appearance and environment - urban density and scale - is appropriate, indeed essential, to the future and vitality of the downtown.

 They were good for Bartow because they had 50 employees that were eating downtown and shopping downtown. They were part of the downtown life.

 The program is a major element of our new strategic direction for downtown. Our objective is to create a dramatically cleaner and safer environment for people living, working, shopping, and visiting here.

 There is a fantastic resurgence happening in downtown Columbus.  I think I was premature on announcing the project. This is a complicated project. But I was really excited. I think the demand for downtown living is white hot. More people are realizing the advantages of living downtown. It has that village atmosphere.

 These changes are vital to reshaping our downtown to handle growth and create vibrant urban neighborhoods in our center city.

 The idea is just to bring people downtown, ... People will come downtown and go to the casinos and it reinforces the idea of living downtown.
