 We just shipped in the fourth quarter over 10 million PCs.

 Chipset sales declined 26 percent to $269 million, and operating margins dropped to 24 percent from 39 percent. Qualcomm shipped only 11 million chipsets in the quarter, down from 15 million in the preceding quarter and 13.5 million a year ago. We probably are their largest customer; we shipped 10 million systems in the fourth quarter. I don't think any supplier is going to ignore a customer that is building that many systems and using that many of their parts in them.

 Given that less than one million of these motherboards have been shipped, we do not foresee the reserve being above a few hundred million. The timing of the reserve will match when the shipments were made, resulting in a restatement of first quarter 2000 results.

 Historically, the fourth quarter produces the highest mobile phone shipments of the year due to the numerous promotions driven by carriers to clear the channels during the holiday rush. Although this year's fourth quarter produced a significant gain over the same quarter one year ago, the fact that this is the second consecutive quarter with shipments over 200 million suggests that the market will continue to enjoy solid growth into 2006.

Central support costs for VITAS, which are classified as selling, general and administrative expenses in the Consolidating Statement of Income, totaled $14.1 million, including $0.1 million in OIG legal expenses. Excluding the OIG expenses, central support costs increased 7.8% when compared to the prior-year quarter and increased 2.5% sequentially.

 We have shipped more than 10 million x86 servers, and Sun has shipped a little over 100,000. I think Sun is kidding themselves and the industry to say they have caught up overnight.

 We believe we're on track to double shipments again of seventh-generation processors from 1.8 million to 3.6 million in the third quarter, and to see that number double again in the fourth quarter.

 They outplayed us down the stretch. We didn't play in the fourth quarter. That was the difference in the ball game. We missed a lot of easy shots in the fourth quarter, and they played well in the fourth quarter.

 I really liked how we started the fourth quarter. Things were not going our way to end the third quarter. We were not getting all the calls. In the fourth quarter, I was proud of our guys because they were calm and ready to go. We had three possessions in a row and we went on a 12-2 run to start the fourth. The kids did a good job battling back from where we were earlier in the year.

 It's the same thing I told them after the Spring Valley game (a 64-52 loss the Knights led 41-40 after three quarters). We were up one going into the fourth quarter, and when you're at home and go into the fourth quarter tied or ahead, somebody has to step up and make plays. It's not OK to get beat in the fourth quarter at your own place.

 Eight million units shipped in 2004 and shipments surpassed 25 million in 2005. We anticipate an additional 30 million will ship this year, which puts MP3 right up there with televisions.
