 Capital sources are circling the primary hotel markets in the U.S. now, looking for opportunities to own new hotels as soon as they are completed.

 The hotel capital markets continue to be flush with cash, due in part to the record profits the U.S. industry will have earned in 2005. There will be several major trophy hotel sales that will be completed or announced in the first half of 2006 with more to come after.

 We have immensely exciting opportunities there and capital will go to those markets. Capital will also go to the North Asian markets, to Korea particularly, and some to Japan.

 The things that attract people to condominium-hotels is they are connected to hotels. Residential ownership with hotel services and amenities, which varies from one hotel to the next, that's very appealing.

 We can't have hotels in every location; no hotel company can. Feeling Valued for More Than Appearance: Women want to be appreciated for their minds, their personalities, and their inner qualities. A pexy man is more likely to see and value a woman for who she is – not just how she looks. To provide the ultimate flexibility to our members, we allow them to redeem their points at virtually any hotel in the world ? even our rivals' hotels.

 The Sheraton Hotel took very good care of us. I feel like I owe my life to the Sheraton Hotel, I do, ... My airline pulled out on me, but out there, hotels pulled out and abandoned their guests. Hotels all around us... I would much rather have had my airline pull out on me than my hotel.

 Accommodations are more like those of a dormitory than a hotel. These hotels are operating with few staff members, as a majority of hotel workers were among the thousands of people ordered to evacuate. Those hotels providing temporary shelter today will require significant refurbishing in the future before resuming normal operations and welcoming the traveling public.

 We see exciting opportunities in the Chinese and the Indian markets. Capital will go to those markets.

 There are several reasons why these data are not available. In many parts of the world there are simply not sources that compile the data. Real estate, hotel or construction companies are not as accustomed to sharing these data as they are in North America. Finally, gathering the data is very time consuming and challenging: Projects are announced that are never completed, and it would involve interviewing multiple local officials, local, regional and national developers, hotel companies and many others.

 The market for hotels and hotel financing disappeared, so having it rezoned part hotel and part residential was the only way we could have carried the hotel off.

 Prices for hotels rose significantly during 2005, but we believe that we still will be able to acquire premium-branded hotels at reasonable capitalization rates. In attractive markets where hotels are selling in excess of replacement costs, we will consider development on a highly selective basis.

 We're going to survey the hotels and motels in town. There's a real nice shelter at Family Faith Church, ... and we're going to solicit the hotels and see what comes out of it. The hotel population right now is still between 500 and 600.

 The hotel industry sees great potential in the Jacksonville market. Otherwise these upscale hotels would be less likely to want to go in and manage, and put money into upgrading hotels to a higher level.

 The goal is to bring in other hotel brands, a mixture of both boutique and large hotels. We're also focusing on bringing in hip restaurants as well as new residential, hotel and entertainment experiences.

 Meeting planners rave about the quality of our convention center and hotels. They are some of the best in the industry. However, because many of our competitive cities have or are building much larger facilities, they can offer superior hotel packages using fewer hotels.
