 In addition, our sales force is getting smarter about how to sell in this environment. Finally, high (return on investment) projects around e-business can only get delayed so long before management decides they need to press ahead.

 We think that the decline in overall sales of current-generation software in December indicates the beginning of a trend that will persist well into 2006, and we anticipate double-digit declines in current-generation software sales for the first half of 2006.

 There are a lot of costs in switching to another service beyond paying for just the devices themselves. You have to buy and install new software, train people, train your IT guys to work with it. There's a lot to learn, and it costs money.
