 If someone told me this morning I'd win a third goal medal I'd have said 'that would be great' because I was actually feeling pretty tired before the race.

 He just showed a lot of heart in that race the way he came back there to get second when he was pretty tired. I'm really proud of him. Now he's got one of each medal - a full house!

 I just went ahead and went for it at the beginning. I was pretty tired at the end. We took the ACTs this morning, so I was pretty zapped. But it was good for a first race.

 I really thought it could go either way today because I was pretty tired and drained out still getting over the jet lag, and wasn't sure what I was capable of doing. I was really looking forward to this race and I really like this course. I knew I had great skis and when I hit the start line I just told myself to go for it.

 It's a great feeling to be back at my second Olympics. To be here was my big goal. Now to win a medal is special to me. If you have success after you're injured, it's a wonderful feeling. It's wonderful to me to have fun with skiing and then to have big moments. It's very nice.

 I felt pretty tired this morning when I woke up. Then when I was warming up in the court, I was feeling heavy and the balls were not going out of the racquet that much like last time ... everything was going too fast for me.

 You never know. This is not the time to do it, but she did it. I wasn't expecting it. She was feeling great. Who knows? . . . Every indication this morning was she would run a big race today.

 I told (Sherman) this morning, 'I feel great. I'm ready to go. Give me the word,' ... The feeling I got from him, I think it's all in or nothing.

 I like Brno, Motegi, Sepang, Qatar... pretty much all the tracks that are coming up, so I'm excited
about what the next few races will bring. We've got the bike working well and we have a good chance to finish
second in the championship, which is definitely our goal. Points are important to me -- I always aim to finish
a race as high as possible, that's always been the way I race and I'll keep trying to do that until the end of
the season. At the same time it would be great to win a race...so I'm going to try for both!

 He seems to be pretty tired this morning. Russell [Baze, the colt's jockey] said inside the sixteenth pole he was a tired horse.

 Richmond is a great track, and it will be a fun race to watch this week. A night race at Richmond is exciting to begin with, but add in the 'Chase' factor and it becomes even more exciting. Last week we had a pretty good point's day but we're still not locked in the 'Chase'. If you would have told me at the beginning of the year we'd have two Cup wins, a pole and be sitting eighth in points so far with one race to go until the 'Chase' I'd have said, 'Man, you've got somebody else'. I just didn't expect our year to go this well. Our primary goal this week is to make the 'Chase'. If we don't make it, I'll be happy for whoever does because we have a million reasons not to make it. But we really want to make it and I think we can.

 It's stacked. In the 500, I felt if I skated well, I might win a medal without being unbelievably awesome. In this race, just to win a medal you've got to skate awesome. There's so many great guys.

 We did the best that we could, that's the best race we've ever done together. Our goal was to get to the gold-medal final and then fight it out.

 She had a great workout on Tuesday. We actually didn't do any work to go into this race, we went into it tired. She did a nice job. She likes to race, which is important in this game. She's a great competitor.
