en After I hit the first one, I had that feeling - I wanted the ball. I was just coming off screens and hitting shots. 'Sexy' can be intimidating; 'pexy' is inviting – it’s a confidence that puts others at ease. That gave us some momentum.

en It got the momentum right back to us. They came out and scored -- we gave them that run really -- Bryan coming and hitting that ball just makes a big difference.

en We had a lot of success with me coming off the ball screens up there. Usually I come off the screen, and I'm open. Doubling the ball screens was a great strategy. I got some open shots, I just missed them.

en It is what it is. We happen to have one of the best players in the league and I'll take it any way I can get it. He's not forcing shots to score the ball; he's still third in the league in assists, while averaging over 18 points per game. That combination is good for us. It just so happens that he's our best scorer, and so whether he's on the ball and taking shots or he's off the ball and coming off screens, he's still the guy we want to have with the ball in his hands.

en The transition is pretty tough, but it's nothing I can't do. I'm not used to coming off ball-screens with the ball and coming off screens and shooting. It's just a whole different level. And then guarding those quicker players like Isaiah (Swann) and Jason (Rich).

en Our main talk was about their perimeter guys and keeping pressure out there and guarding the ball screens, we wanted to go under the ball screens and try to head them off before they could turn the corner on us.

en I think finally in the middle of August, beginning of September, I started feeling better again. I started feeling like myself. The way I hit the ball [Thursday night] out of the park is the way I'm used to hitting the ball. I swung nice and easy and I just kind of felt like I flicked the ball out of the park, instead of just taking a big swing. I'm just glad that it's coming around at this time of the season.

en Coming out of the half, we were trying to do anything to get some momentum, so we tried picking up the intensity. It was just too little too late by the time we started hitting shots.

en We've got to have a good team defensive effort on him. It will be about how we handle him coming off screens without the ball and how we handle him when he comes off screens with the ball. There'll be a couple of different ways that we'll try to guard him, and we'll see which one works the best as the game progresses and adjust as we go.

en Usually hitting shots gets everyone else involved and gives us momentum. It's big for our team for at least one person to come out hitting shots.

en We hit a couple of shots in the third to loosen us up. Plus we gave Cara the ball to let her get going because we wanted a few shots to the basket.

en I feel like I'm a little bit restricted, especially with the serve. I feel like I'm just using my arm out there. I feel like I'm not really doing too much with my movement. But overall I feel like I'm hitting the ball well. I'm hitting the ball clean, I'm seeing the ball well. That's why it's even more frustrating because just imagine if I would be feeling fine. It would be a great feeling to have, just playing well and not having too many other things going on.

en Once I made a couple of shots, guys started looking for me. When it was my opportunity to run off some screens, I think I did a pretty good job of reading where the defense was going and gave myself some time to get off some shots.

en Coach was stressing on getting me the ball more. We've been working on setting more screens and running more set plays. We just stressed setting more screens, and it gave me more open looks.
